Varanasi: Before the visit of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Varanasi on Sunday, his letter reached here on the address of a trolleyman Mangala Prasad Kewat on February 12.
It was beyond the thought of the Kewat family that they would get a letter from the PM wishing a happy married life of Mangala’s daughter Skakshi. PM’s letter doubled the joy of wedding ceremony.
The PM had sent the letter (dated February 3) to Mangala congratulating him on the wedding of his daughter. PM conveyed his blessings and best wishes to the newly wedded couple and the family.
Mangala is the native of Domarai village which was adopted by the PM. He had sent his daughter’s wedding invite to PM on the addresses of Delhi and local office.
