University of Lucknow organizes webinar on “Innovative Techniques in Entrepreneurial Development in COVID-19 Transition”

 

Lucknow: A three-day webinar on “Innovative Techniques in Entrepreneurial Development in COVID-19 Transition” organized by the Counseling and Placement Cell, University of Lucknow began on Sunday.

Addressing the inaugural session, Dy. Chief Minister and Minister of Higher education Prof. Dinesh Sharma appreciated university’s academic activities during lockdown period.

Delivering the key note address, Prof AK Sengupta, former Pro Vice Chancellor, said that though India’s GDP will decrease by 1 to 1.5 percent and crores of people may lose their jobs, still there are ample opportunities in Indian Economy to survive and again grow at faster rate within 6-8 months.

The vice-chancellor Prof. AK Rai said that the university has introduced online teaching learning methods and Extension services as well as social services during lockdown.
