Lucknow: Many UPSRTC personnel faced actions like suspension, removal, show cause notice in financial irregularities.
To ensure transparency, eonesty and Efficiency in the running of corporation, the UPSRTC has taken the issue of the “Attempt of Additional payment to Private Bus operators” in Lucknow Region seriously and got it enquired in details and have taken action against the officers responsible for the issue .
According to the action taken by the UPSRTC managing director Raj Shekhar, six depot accountants were removed from the post and departmental enquiry initiated against them. ARM Finance Sanjeev Kant has been suspended and charge sheet filed against other ARM Fs. Show cause notice issued to the then ARM of Kaiserbagh, Haider Garh and Char Bagh, and also RM Lucknow
Similar enquiry will be done in other regions also during this period and appropriate action will be taken accordingly. Online Software based Payment will be implemented from 1st January for payment to Private operators to ensure correct, quick, prompt, payment based on service delivery parameters.
