Speaking on the occasion, Goyal also trained gun to previous governments accusing them of keeping the Modern Coach Factory (MCF) at Rae Bareli underutilized. He said that it is the vision of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the same factory is touching new milestone by producing 2000 Link Hofmann Busch (LHB) coaches in current 2019-2020 financial year. He said that he would be in Rae Bareli’s MCF on March 30 to celebrate the production of 2000th LHB coach.
