More COVID-19 patients found
Varanasi: The total number of COVID-19 cases touched the mark of 888 on Monday with 30 new infected persons in the district. With one more death due to coronavirus infection, the toll rose to 28.

According to the daily medical bulletin, as many as 14 patients, who recovered from illness, were discharged from the hospitals on Monday. So far 452 patients have recovered. Presently there are 408 active cases of COVID-19 in the district.
In Ballia, 44 new cases of COVID-19 were found on Monday increasing the tally to 418 in the district. So far 209 persons have recovered, while two patients died. Presently, there are 207 active cases of COVID-19 in the district.
