Varanasi: While US President Donald Trump was being accorded a grand welcome in Ahmedabad, he would have no idea that a simple sand artist in remote Kharauni village in Ballia district Rupesh Singh also conveyed his greetings through his art.
Rupesh, a student of fine arts at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith in Varanasi, made a sand sculpture of Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to welcome the visiting guest.
US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump on Monday visited India. After visiting Ahmedabad, they went to see the Taj Mahal in Agra.
