Aditya Kumar Awasthi Endowment Award to be announced

 

Varanasi: The Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) is going to organize a program on Tuesday to inaugurate the “Aditya Kumar Awasthi Endowment Award”.

This award will be announced in the memory of late Aditya Kumar Awasthi, a 1949 batch alumnus of the Department of Metallurgical Engineering by his three sons, Shri Awanish Kumar Awasthi, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Manish Kumar Awasthi, B.Tech IIT Kanpur and Shri Ashish. Kumar Awasthi, Director, IBM, USA and their family members.

The program will be presided over by the Director of the Institute, Professor Pramod Kumar Jain. The program will be conducted by Professor Rajiv Srivastava, Dean (Resource and Alumni).
