Tele-consultation to covid patients
Varanasi: Under the leadership and initiative of Dr Subodh Kumar Singh, a plastic Surgeon of Varanasi, Ecure group is providing tele-consultation to covid patients @Rs. 1 only.
To avail this facility the patients should download Ecure (early access) app from Play store (ios version will come soon). They should look for Ecure Covid Care and click it. Then they can select any available doctors and get their appointment, by paying Rs.1. This will be a video consultation and is secure and end to end encrypted, he said.
Doctors who wish to volunteer can sign-up on ecure.com as a doctor.
While patients are getting all basic medicine and advice, their follow up medical care is usually not possible. This leads to the delayed treatment and complications. By telemedicine, the patients will be able to remain in touch with a qualified doctor for continued care and early detection of any complication, he said.
Dr Subodh said, while Ecure group will bear all its cost, Rs. 1 is being charged as the appointment process goes through a payment gateway, lest it would have been kept totally free. Volunteering doctors are offering their services free of charge.
He appealed to all the private and government doctors to come onboard and help patients in this unprecedented human crisis. Doctors can save many lives while sitting at home-and they must, he said.
He also issued two numbers for any assistance- 639 020 2022 and 639 020 2033.
