CM Yogi offers prayer at Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Varanasi: During his visit to the city, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath offered prayer at Kashi Vishwanath Temple on Friday evening. He also inspected the development works at the Kashi Vishwanath Dham.
He saw the work of Makrana marble in the temple premises and inquired about the other works in progress. He also went to the elevated VIP gallery on the Chowk building, from where he bowed to temple top and Ganga. “Now the grandeur of this dham has come to the fore,” he said.
He directed the officials to complete the construction work in time. During the inspection, the divisional commissioner Deepak Aggarwal informed that the interior work for most of the building has started. The work of installing stones on the floor is in progress, and the works of installing electricity, fire and air condition are also going on simultaneously. The chief executive officer Sunil Kumar Verma said that maximum arrangements will complete before the commencement of Shrawan month for the convenience of devotees.
