Ballia: A deshi therapy of coronavirus, which has scared the entire world, has been discovered in Uttar Pradesh by the state president of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Bhim Rajbhar. He claimed that the toddy (tadi or palm wine) is a sure-shot treatment of Covid-19.

Addressing a function held at the Chandradeep Smarak Mahavidyalaya in Rasada area on Tuesday, Rajbhar explained the toddy-therapy of coronavirus. “Drinking toddy is the best way to prevent Covid-19 infection,” he said adding further that the toddy is purer than Gangajal (the holy water of Ganga).

The function was organised to felicitate him on his first visit to his hometown after being appointed the BSP UP unit chief. “The toddy boosts the body immunity and drinking it regularly would prevent coronavirus infection,” he said adding, “As Rajbhars drink toddy, the incidence of coronavirus infection is less among the community”.
