March in support of Kangana in Kashi
Varanasi: When Mumbai was witnessing a high voltage drama after the arrival of actor Kangana Ranaut on Wednesday, her supporters here in Varanasi took out a march demanding action against the Maharashtra government and Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut.
The volunteers of Pranam Vandemataram Samiti led by Somnath Vishwakarma took out the march to Geeta Mandir in Nayi Sadak area in support of Kangana. Some kinnars (transgender) also joined them and beat the photos of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut and SP leader Abu Azmi with shoes to express their protest against the demolition of Kangana’s office by BMC in Mumbai.
Raising slogans in support of Kangana, they accused the Maharashtra government of suppressing the truth. They demanded action against Maharashtra government, Raut and Azhami.
