Man dies in road accident
Maharjganj: A man Pramod Kumar Bhartiya, resident of Padali Kala gram sabha under Chowk Police Station died in a road mishap on Sunday.
According to reports, Pramod was seriously injured after he lost control over his bike which later collided with a nearby tree. The accident occurred near Hardi Taal of Nichlaul Police Station.
He had gone to Nichlaul for some work and while on his way back to home he met with the accident near Hardi Taal. He was not wearing helmet which resulted in major injuries on his face and head. The local villagers rushed to the accident place and with the help of ambulance took him to nearby Community Health Centre, from where he was referred to Joint District Hospital Maharajganj. But he succumbed to injuries on the way to the hospital. The police sent the body for postmortem.
