11 Bangladeshis, 3 shelter providers sent to jail in Bhadohi

 

Bhadohi: As many as 11 Bangladeshis, who had attended Tablighi Jamaat in Delhi, and three shelter providers in Bhadohi were sent to jail on Friday after their quarantine period.

Bhadohi SP RB Singh said that all 14 persons including 11 Bangladeshi nationals have been lodged in a temporary jail created in Sarpataha area after producing them before the court.

These Bangladeshis were found staying in the guest house of a mosque in Kazipur area on March 30. The police were not informed about their stay. The persons sent to jail were identified as Mohd Insher Ali, Tabhidul Islam, Saiyyed Mohibur Rehman, Nurul Haq, Najrul Islam, Derajuddin, Rafukul Islam, Faisal Rabbi, Aktarujaman, Mamaunar, Jamat Ali, Shadidulla Mandal, Nawaj Ali and Anwar Hussain.

They had left Dhaka on February 24 on tourist visa and reached Delhi on February 27. After attending the Tablighi Jamaat they left for Bhadohi on March 3 by Varanasi-Manduadih Express.
