Dubai return youth booked in Ballia for not informing administration

 

Varanasi: A youth, who had returned from Dubai, was booked in Ballia district on Tuesday for not informing local administration about his travel plan and defying the lockdown.

According to reports, the youth, resident of Biltheraroad area, had returned from Dubai 11 days back. He not only kept on moving in the locality but also avoided to inform the police or other official about his foreign trip.

The SDM Rajesh Kumar Yadav said that the youth neither informed the local police station nor followed the rules of lockdown. He did not even quarantined himself and roamed around freely. On his instruction a case was lodged at Bhimpura police station under section 188 and 269 of IPC.
