Principal, computer operator arrested in Ghazipur district
Trying to take solved answer sheets to exam centre
Varanasi: The Varanasi unit of STF on Thursday arrested the principal and a computer operator of Jagnarain Inter College in Jakhania locality in Bhudkuda police station area in Ghazipur district for taking 21 solved answer sheets of Physics of UP Board examination.
This college was on radar as questions papers of many examinees were getting solved outside the college to dodge the authorities monitoring the centre through CCTV network and webcasting.
The STF raided this college just before the end of the examination of physics and caught a computer operator Nitishwar Pandey red handed when he was trying to enter the campus with 21 solved answer sheets to deposit. After investigation the principal of college Anil Kumar Pandey was also arrested.
